Janvi Srivastava and Irene Basu, “The Inferno” Cake (2026)
Janvi Srivastava and Irene Basu took home the prize for “Funniest Cake” at the 2026 JHU Edible Book Festival hosted by the Sheridan Libraries.
Their Dante-themed submission featured a devilishly funny hellscape, complete with blood-spattered Peeps, tombstones, skulls, and a red Rubber Ducky Devil looking out over his realm.
