Magnum x Dante, The Kiss of Dante & Beatrice video (2021)
To accompany the exhibition of Roberto Ferri’s painting The Kiss of Dante and Beatrice at Palazzo Firenze, the ice cream company Magnum released this short film, in which two actors portray Dante and Beatrice finally realizing their erotic union in a kiss. The video and painting were part of Magnum’s 2021 campaign “Magnum x Dante,” which celebrated the 700th anniversary of Dante’s death in 2021.
